Shopping Basics

All our watches are meticulously inspected prior to sale. We will also look to perform a cross-reference against any official brand records. We are confident in the authenticity of our watches and welcome any third-party verification. In the extremely rare situation that a watch is found to not be authentic, we will provide a full refund upon receipt of all relevant evidence.

Mechanical watches are powered through a tightly coiled mainspring. For manual mechanical watches these must be wound by hand to keep them ticking, usually every other day. Automatic watches are mechanically wound by a rotor weight that turns with the movement of your wrist. If you do not wear your watch regularly it still may need to be hand wound or placed on a watch winder to ensure it is kept in power.

A quartz watch is battery powered. On average the battery in a standard watch will last between one to five years before requiring a replacement.

Every watch we sell is covered by a 12-month limited warranty in conjunction with any remaining manufacturer’s warranty. If your watch develops a fault, please contact us so that we can arrange for the watch to be returned to us. If the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge. If your watch is returned to the manufacturer, we will look to provide you with a manufacturer report as soon as possible.

Pricing & Payments

Watches that are in high demand can command a higher purchase and sale value. When sourcing these watches, we are often required to pay above RRP in order to acquire the watch, and therefore the sales price can sometimes exceed the RRP.

Sourcing A Watch

Through our international network we have access to a wide range of watches. If you have a specific watch in mind that is not listed on our website, please contact us and we can look to source this for you at a competitive price!

Shipping & Returns

We currently offer free shipping within Jersey, Channel Islands. We also offer a flat rate tracked delivery service via a courier across the rest of the UK.

If you require delivery outside of the Channel Islands or UK please contact us before purchasing in order for us to discuss shipping costs.

We are based in Jersey in the Channel Islands. We offer free next day delivery for all in stock watches, to be sent within Jersey, that are ordered online or over the phone before 2pm. For orders from the other Channel Islands or the UK, orders will be dispatched the next working day and will be delivered by FedEx courier service. Full tracking details will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

To provide you with complete peace of mind when purchasing online or over the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you are not happy with for a full refund. This is subject to items being returned in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
